Lamb Bacon Explosion

Time for a wee bacon explosion :headbang:

Adding a little surprise to the explosion...
1 Jalapenos for explosion [1600x1200].JPG
Goat cheese and Feta hammered with mint, chilies and black pepper...
2 pepper and chilies cheese [1600x1200].JPG
3 mint and chili cheese [1600x1200].JPG



Leftover ground lamb....
5 ground lamb [1600x1200].JPG
Hammered with mint, shallots, garlic and pepper....
6 mint, shallots & garlic [1600x1200].JPG
7 lamb processed [1600x1200].JPG

Try a couple sliders on for size, someone needs to double check seasoning....

bacon-lamb explosion looks pretty delicious too but that is pretty obvious

Conditioning:
Kegged: barrel barleywine from 2014 - i think i still have this somewhere

Dear lord. Amazing. I thought this was about lamb bacon before I opened the thread but this is much better - the lamb bacon I got from the new Hydrostone butcher was wayyyy too salty.
