Introduction ....new member, avid brewer.
Hello fellow beer lovers. A home brewing buddy of mine told me about this club and boy am I excited to be a part of it. Long story short, I love drinking, sharing and or course brewing my own beer. I've recently made a Dogfish head clone of Raison D'être which turned out great but concentrate my efforts on IPAs mostly. I am a hop head for sure.
Anyhow, As you all know, supplies can be expensive so I'd love to get in some deals especially on DME. If anyone can let me know how to go about getting involved in those deals it would be much appreciated. Like I said, I love sharing my brews as well lol.
Thanks

Re: Introduction ....new member, avid brewer.

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Thank you. I'm actually on the South Shore but buy all my supplies from Noble Grape in Bayers lake...which is why I'm looking at buying DME in bulk.RubberToe wrote:Welcome, you're in good company for sure. Are you around HRM?

Thank you. There's nothing like a well made well balanced IPA or DIPA. I am a beer geek and enjoy many well made beers of different styles BUT, I think I'll always consider hoppy IPAs my favourite.HPhunter wrote:Hopheads are a growing group for sure. Welcome!

Being a lover of hops isn't strange on this site. Most of us are hop heads in one form or another.
I like the triple hopped Miller Lite
LOL, welcome to the BrewNosers.
