BBQ and Beer all day visitors welcome

Post by RubberToe » Sat Apr 27, 2013 7:34 am

Hey peeps, I'm hanging out at home all day BBQing and grilling on the new kamado. The beer will be flowing as well.

If anyone wants to drop out for some beers and to pick at random BBQ you're more than welcome. I'm located in Woodlawn, Dartmouth. Message me if you haven't been here before or need directions.

:grilling: :bbq: :smoker: :cheers3:

Mad science. Pounded thin pork chops like shnitzel wrapped in peppers, cheese, memphis dust on some. Glazed in cowbow candy broth.

They were a decent price, was like $7 or so for those 4. He said they just cut them off a prime rib a customer ordered. The baby backs were like $9 for 3 strips too. I picked up the others from the Superstore at a good price too.

Thanks guys. Charcoal tastes fucking awesome. :)

Now I'm thinking of a combo of sous vide and kamado for beef ribs.

Awesome looking grub! I think I'm convinced - kamado tomorrow (if I can slip it by the significant other). I have a plan :)
