What would you buy?
So my parents are coming home from Florida in a couple weeks and are grabbing me some beer from the store listed below before they leave.
I need help picking beer. What would be your top 10-15 beers of choice from this site, listed in order of preference? Or just post up suggestions based on what is available.

Re: What would you buy?
They don't seem to have a very large selection but I'd start with the DFH and Great Divide beers.

I'd agree with DFH and Great Divide but I'd also suggest:
- Anything from Cigar City
- Avery The Maharaja
- Ommegang Art of Darkness
- Ballast Point Dorado

What Jeff said about Cigar City... esp. freshly canned Jai Alai IPA.
When I was down there a few weeks ago, they also had lots of Terrapin and Bell's.

The DFH & Cigar City were on my "for sure" list, and I'll most likely fill the rest in with suggestions

Re: What would you buy?
Selection isn't huge but it's enough for me to pick 10 or so beer from.. I'm not sending them on a wild goose chase, this store is about 10 min from their place.
And quiet Becky, your beer is 1st on the list.

Are they driving? If so, the Whole Foods in Portland, Maine, has a great selection of craft brews. And, if they buy closer to home it will have to spend less time in a potentially hot trunk. (Trader Joe's in Portland is also a great spot: cheap and best!)

If you do need to get it there though, I'd say go for places like Cigar City that don't have national distribution. You can buy DFH, etc., in Maine. Might be your only chance to try some local Florida beers, even if they aren't as good.

I had the Cigar City Brown when I was there a few weeks ago, but I drank DFH 60, SNPA, and SN Torpedo the most while I was there.

I love SN Torpedo. It's a go to when I can get it.
