My impression is that the Growlito makes one hell of a Molotov cocktail.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Hop aroma and bitterness both there. Some malt sweetness as well. Picked up the free six-pack from the brew off. I like it, but wouldn't have more than 2 or 3 in a session.Jimmy wrote:What are your thoughts? I picked up a growlito yesterday.

Re: What's everyone drinking tonight?
They had some Citra in a cask that I got a sample of last Friday. It seemed much better than my Growlito fill but I had some more beer in between so my taste buds could have been off a bit.

I had a Left Hand Milk Stout and now onto a Rochefort 10.
I was really happy with the LH, that's a good beer there.
The Rochefort is fucking awesome.

Having a Garrison Barrel Aged Barelywine
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Just finished changing tires on two vehicles - just tapped BCS Weed, Feed & Mow. I'll make it again as a light summer beer.
