A nice glass of my zero probability Pale Ale. I'm loving this Amarillo

I will drain that glass again.

Great picture Chris.
My bohemian pilsner, doesn't seem to be clearing ...yet. Think it's because didn't add gypsum, and lower calcium (48).

I only drank half that glass. This morning the remaining half glass is warm and completely clear, so that's chill haze?

Sounds about right. Some clarity ferm should clear that up.

Thanks Adam. The style guidelines say should be brilliant to very clear. I'm screwed. You can put clarity ferm in the keg? How much? Maybe I should use isinglass. I think I have some.

Re: What's everyone drinking tonight?
Gelatin works great as well. Just let it bloom in cold water, heat to sterilize (microwave works great) and dump into the keg. Careful if the beer is already carbed, you might get some foaming. Seal the keg, purge it, give it a swirl to mix in the gelatin and let it sit for a few days. The first pint might be a bit muddy, but it should be totally clear after that.

Re: What's everyone drinking tonight?
Thanks for the info. I found the isinglass, threw that in, purged and rolled the keg. I hope I can bottle that tomorrow as I want to send some to Calgary on Tuesday. I don't suppose it matters if a bit of isinglass gets in the bottles. It should settle out?

Mark, appearance is only a total of 3 points out of the 50. If the colour and head are good the least you should get is 2/3 so I wouldn't worry too much.

Re: What's everyone drinking tonight?
Thanks Rob, I think it affects the overall impression a bit though. Other problem my neurotic perfectionist trait. I decided not to send this one to Calgary. I'll bottle it next weekend for Lethbridge. I'll send my old and tired wheat in its place.
...that and I've had enough bottling for one weekend

Storm beer - driveway cleared twice, in for a break while waiting for the plow to show up. The last of my APA.
