I'm having Uncle Leo's Winterschlaf again tonight. Great Fizzy Yellow Beer if you're interested in that kind of thing.

Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Nickelbrook Headstock. Picked it up at Rockhead. Pretty good beer, naturally carbed and unfiltered.

Right now an all centennial IPA. Later an all citra IPA.

It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Nope but I have been doing that with my simcoe pale and centennial IPA. The citra IPA I brewed as Chalmers bday gift so it's at his house for a party this eve.

Been enjoying lots of German beers this past week, some really nice Hefeweizens and Helles. My fav spot in Heilbronn is a brewpub: Barfüßer die Hausbrauerei. Brewmaster gave me a tour, it's a pretty cramped spot but he makes 1300 hectolitres a year. He even let me help out a bit :)
