I shared your Cream Stout and Mark's Dry stout with my wife and my buddy. (I only gave them a taste each lol). Really great beers and really lets me distinguish the style differences and really appreaciate which each have to offer. Thank you both!!! :cheers2:

Made a stop at Bishop's Cellar before heading home today.

I'm extremely hit or miss with ester-y yeasts but I'm finding this really drinkable. The smoke is really in the background.

Also grabbed some Red Racer ISA (and IPA too but I've had a tonne of that). The ISA is just great. Going to have to try to get a session IPA going for next summer.

Well I racked this off tonight, threw it in the keg and rocked the hell out of it.

Aroma: Peaches, Apricot, Strawberries and Citrus
Flavor: Peach, Apricot and Citrus with a bit of dankness and a slight alcohol warmth.
Appearance: Golden\Orange color, however the picture shows that. However it still needs to settle out.
Mouthfeel: Medium Bodied, smooth alcohol, fairly dry feel to the beer.

Happy with my first batch of Hoppily Ever After. Next batch I think I'll drop the late Centennial additions and maybe add Citra.

Yesterday my friends and myself open a couple of brews to try. Number one was Mark's Working Man Mild. Great job, Mark. Then we tried Fat Jack Pumpkin Ale by Sam Addams, a nice mildly spiced ale and we finished off with Storm Brewing in Newfoundland's Island Gold... meh.. it was OK.

Trying to make our way through the local tap offering before we leave the area on Tuesday.

I've had the Sweetwater and the Hopsecutioner from that list and the Hopsecutioner is an amazing beer. I love everything that Terrapin has done that I've tasted,

I see you were at Taco Mac last night, hopefully you get enough pints in to get a tshirt, or graduate from Brewniversity. :)

I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Picked this up at ANBL earlier today and having it now while brewing my DIPA. VERY interesting beer with tons of spice on the nose.......cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, gingerbread. I can't say that I've ever had a 10.5% spiced red lager before......but it works and I'm really enjoying it. No regrets paying $13.99 for it.

Hey, do you guys remember Homebrewcrew (Brandon)? Well I'm drinking one of his ciders that's been in my fridge for over two years and it's pretty good!

Thats what i thought too, for some reason i had very low expectations when i grabbed it. I think it was leftover stock from the NL beer show. I was pleasantly surprised.
