Had Dieu du Ciel's Rousse. Wasn't a huge fan. It was a well made beer but reds rarely impress me.

Edit: I just saw that this was double posted. Don't know how that happened. Sorry, my bad.

Had a Propeller DIPA last night. Really enjoyed it. Nice level of bitterness and great hop flavour and aroma.

Drinking the last pint of a homebrewed brown ale :mmm: :headbang:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

I'm having a Granville Island IPA. Why does it taste like marshmallows and not hops? I regret buying a 6-pack haha.

It might just be association from when I tried their winter beer - it was strongly vanilla which only amplified the taste I interpret as a hint of marshmallow.

I'm about to try a Propeller Double IPA - didn't even know they put one out in bottles this year. My dad works at the NSLC in Bridgewater and picked one up. I guess they only shipped about 12 there and it sold out in an hour.

We had a Phillips Hop Circle and a Lighthouse Switchback while driving back from skiing and picking up supplies for my first west coast brew from Hop Dawgs (http://www.hopdawgs.ca/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Finished off with an Anchor Steam along side our pulled pork and catfish at the local BBQ place.

Picked up from Premier today an Imper Ale Rossa, Unibroue Noire de Chambly, Garrison's Schwarz, and two Propeller DIPAs (call that a double double?). Don't know which I'm drinking today.

Drinking a Hell Bay American Pale Ale I picked up at premier today. Tasty pale ale.

4 months after the first post in this thread I'm enjoying a black IPA from the same keg waiting for the hockey game to start. This beer has been dry hopping for all 4months and is still delish :headbang:

Had that one last weekend. Really enjoyed it. I've got the Aramis one in the fridge that I may crack this coming weekend.
