I found the same. Opened one the other evening without realizing it was 12%. I at least slept well that night.Jayme wrote:Brash the bollocks. It's a bit too boozy right now for me. It's borderline more an American barely wine at 12%...

A lot last night. PEI Beer Fest. I think b a's 1772 aged on Spanish cedar was my fave.

Congrats!Jimmy wrote:It's in Williamswood, about 15 minutes from the city, but it's where I grew up and we still have friends/family out there. It made the most sense if we were going to move outside of the city anyway.

Your about to realize the joys of owning your own house.Jimmy wrote:Dug into the stash for a mini celebration - we FINALLY completed the purchase of a house.
We already plan on hosting a Brewnosers event; hopefully next summer. Hoping we will have the land cleared to the lake with some type of a dock/patio/hangout there by then...and there's 2 acres of tenting space

Having a bottle of esb I did last august. Interesting how it aged. Lots of bitterness, little to no hop flavour and now it has dominant plum, raisin and toffee flavours.

Cleaningup a bunch of bottles I found hiding in storage. IPA from Last September. Still a bit of cascade flavour left, no hop aroma.
