A lot last night. PEI Beer Fest. I think b a's 1772 aged on Spanish cedar was my fave.

Having a bottle of esb I did last august. Interesting how it aged. Lots of bitterness, little to no hop flavour and now it has dominant plum, raisin and toffee flavours.

Cleaningup a bunch of bottles I found hiding in storage. IPA from Last September. Still a bit of cascade flavour left, no hop aroma.
