Maybe it was something with my particular bottle. It's not very often I'll dump beer, but neither Becky nor myself could drink it.

Was out at Barnone tonight for the battle of the pale ales. Had a pint of Summer Sessions & took home a growler of the pale ale variant (sure it's had Galaxy added, but he won't confirm).

All of the Picaroons. Boy does it ever taste like sadness. As I said on Untappd, "East Coast-style is code for awful." Off to the land of good beer tomorrow.

Hoping to be drinking something from Big Spruce in a little bit. Heading to the brewery to see what's on tap.

Nice haul!

For the record I tried the Uncle Leo's Red this evening and IMO it was nasty. Plasticy. I shared it with Andrew and he didn't think it was as bad as I did though.

I had a sip of the blonde from saint Antoine abbey in Quebec tonight... But after deciding I didn't think a bottle of vinegar would get me drunk, I poured it down the sink.

Also had a Gahan iron horse brown and Goliath triple.

Just had a Pumphouse Red for the first time in at least 3-4 years, and I thought it was fantastic. Quite dry with a decent mouthfeel with a chocolaty malt backbone and just enough hops. This is definitely my new session beer. No off-flavors. Wow!

Enjoying a Propeller ESB. It seriously tastes like there's some Special Roast malt in this one.

Just finished an Uncle Leo's Red Ale. Thought it was quite good, like a mix of a red & a brown or nut brown. Best straight-ahead red I've had in a while.

Having a Don De Deux, keith cascade and a keiths halletaur it was the secondtime having the casacde and it tasted off almost sour.

Don de deux was steller 9 out of 10 for me.

Keiths hallertaur was ok malty and little bit hoppy. Maybe a 6 out of 10.

The ladies are one the wine, chocolate rouge and skinnygirl rose wine. I like wine but I am not liking what they had here toinght

Cheers!
