Funny thing is guy I work with sent them a nice well thought out email about this (4pm weekends specifically) not too long ago. He recently got a reply about them opening at 12. Too bad it's not the weekends. He said he was even talking to them yesterday and got the impression the 12PM thing was on the weekend too. Bizarre.

Maybe there's no money in it, I guess they would know. Just sucks for me being back to weekdays...

Said they will change down the road - have a new chef starting soon and need to get things rolling first

Sure enough! I'm hoping the "down the road" timing is sooner rather than later. "New chef needs time to get up to speed" was the reason given. A new brunch menu was also mentioned, which sounds interesting.

Hali-Lager hits the taps today.

This is our big little lager, with flavour. The perfect lawnmower brew, perhaps?! Brewed with North American malts to 4.5% ABV and 17 IBU worth of Hallertau Hersbrucker with a twist of Cascade hops in the finish; a fun little continental hybrid.

I hope it opens on the weekend at noon, but I am more of a lunch time customer so this works for me. Losing the H&T was a real kick in the junk since I was right next door, so this will soften the pain.
