Just for fun I mixed two of my home brews together. I mixed a Red Ale with a Pumpkin Ale. My new Red Pumpkin Ale was most awesome !
Take care, Bluefin.

Tap # 1: Apple Cider
Tap # 2: Kolsch

Fermenting: Bluefin's Hefeweisen

Clean hoppy aroma.
Hoppy beer, no lingering bitterness, finishes clean.
Nice golden color.
Wish I could produce beer at this level.

I'd love to get my hands on an Enjoy By.

I'm drinking a Stone Ruination right now and it's awesome.

I have one of those in my fridge. And thanks to Dave a stone levitation to compare the clone against. I'm kegging it Sunday, and I'll compare it next week. Maybe bring both to the meeting, but doubt it will last.

drinking a propeller rye ipa, enjoyable beer :cheers3:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

I've drank a lot of beer with Chalmers and he's drank a lot of beers without me but he once told me that enjoy by was the best beer he's ever had. This was on tap along side pliney, and firestone walker double jack, so yeah it's freaking good!

You must have had an older bottle. Ruination is a fantastic beer, even a few months old.

I think ruination is one of the best on the planet. Probably the best clone I've ever brewed, multiple times.

Definitely my favourite clone as well. Such a simple recipe.

Will have a "Stone a Day" for this week's vacation. Great haul from the Beer Culture bottle bar in NY.

30 degrees and a beautiful day at the lake - too bad the water is still pretty chilly.

Kolsch by Maritimer.

Krisp with a clean finish. Very enjoyable after a day from plumbing hell.

The very last of my Conan IPA. Oh so good. Bottled from the keg a while ago, poured hard to knock some CO2 out of it that was making it astringent.

I had Nick's Kolsch on Thursday night. Not a style that stands out for flavors but a great summer beer. Nicely done.

I can vouch for that; it's a tasty brew and I will definitely be looking into that malt next NCM group buy.
