My guess was that they weren't too happy with the results of the style they picked last year lol

No official details from Garrison yet other than the style at last year's gala.

I saw an announcement on Facebook maybe a month ago. I think it just said stay tuned for details but I haven't seen anything since. They confirmed NEIPA though.

Just dry hopped yesterday, probably keg on the weekend. I think my fermentation ran a little warm but I think it's alright otherwise.

Yes someone else using the CO2 balloon (also known as BruLoonLock, for those familiar with Brulosophy).

I’ve been using a Mylar balloon for cold crashing for years with great success!

I forgot to do this on my first batch and is the exact reason I had to re brew it. It was tasting so good, got excited and turned the fridge down overnight without removing the blowoff tube. Yeah it sucked everything back. Epic Fail.

Yes and especially NEIPAs are sensitive to oxygen....the science is way over my head!

Hot damn! Y'all are way fancier than me.

I had planned to just swap my blow off tube for a clean airlock before I put it in the fridge.
