Oh ya, I had a starter going overnight and its rocking out the flask!
On tap: Cran-Orange Berliner, Dunkles Bock, Dortmunder, Horchata Stout
Fermenting:Barleywine II, RIS II, West Coast Brown
Coming up: Saison (Escarpment Old World blend)
Bottled: RIS, American Barleywine, Brett Table Beer
Souring: Golden Sour, Sour Saison, Sour Red, Golden Sour II

Sweet. I love Voss. It's a beast. Over pitch, under pitch and all kinds of different flavors and tartness at different temps. I need beer on tap in a bad way so will be happy to be kegging in 5-6 days haha.

Agreed! I used it for 5-6 generations as a house strain for all my hoppy beers, perfect for speed brewing for sure. This batch is getting a little bit of a different treatment.
