Wish you could make it Bowser! Reminder that the meeting is this Friday. On tap I've got a winter ale , stout, Pale ale and saison with 10.5 lbs cherries added to secondary and some cold pressed coffee when kegged. (Other half of my Saison got some Brett and Oak & wont be ready for a few months) For the Pale Ale I wanted to give a 30 min boil a go and dilute by 1/3 of the total volume to get 15 gallons and see if it makes a noticeable difference. I fermented 2 carboys with US05 and the 3rd with WLP644 and added a 5 oz dry hop. I"ll make sure the 644 is on tap.
