Double IPA, lots of citra and Amarillo, cold as ice on this humid night. Made it 4 weeks ago.

A little run to HFX today. Stopped on North St to see what all the talk was about. Then back home for some samples.

Nice find. Want some company on July 5th? (or is that April 7th?)

A heavy weight hop bomb, not recommended for the inexperienced....this beer would destroy a hop novice.

Gelatin is great if you value clear beer. I always use it in my BMC style beers for friends who like those kinds of beers.Albert wrote:First time use of gelatin...wow

Working in Pictou this morning decided to visit Tatamagouche Brewing. I didn’t know they were canning, picked up these bad boys along with a new Baltic Porter and Barleywine......well worth the trip;)

Re: What's everyone drinking tonight?
Awesome! I loved the Giantess and the Hippie Dippie. We go up about once a month to the farmer's market... the brewery being there has nothing to do with it...chicanuck wrote:Working in Pictou this morning decided to visit Tatamagouche Brewing. Finishing off Nash's Dipa. Pretty good match: full moon and hot tub. The IBU was close to the temp of the water

Yea I can take it or leave it. Don't find that it takes anything away flavor/aroma wise from my APA so will likely do it again for the minimal effort.jtmwhyte wrote:Gelatin is great if you value clear beer. Nice! Yes, their Giant Beer series (there's also a Rum-Barrel Black IPA) are very good.chicanuck wrote:Working in Pictou this morning decided to visit Tatamagouche Brewing. Did you spot the Sunrise Trail in cans? My favourite local Session IPA (and top 3 new beers) this summer.

Finally Black Angus IPS from Breton Brewing.
Nice beer moderately hopped (Not a Nash Bomb) and very seasonable.
