I got one of those keg/carboy washers from MoreBeer. I am stoked to hopefully stop scrubbing carboys!

Do you have the original or the Mach II? I ended up with the Mach II and they claim it's a little better but it looks like there's less to it. I'm hoping to give it a trial run tomorrow night when I'm back in the city if time will prevail.

I got it used so I don't think that it has any labelling. It's fast, but no where near mach 2.

Late gift: The Oxford Companion to Beer

Pretty amazing book. Under Labatt (IIRC), there is mention of Keith's IPA in it, and how it isn't an IPA. Oddly, there is no mention of them following the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
