I can now tell you that 1g of hops per lb of mash is too much. That, was one bitter facking feast; back to the kitchen!
Figured I bes' get on the banger train since I was testing mash. Uncle Leo to the rescue...
Served with greens and a green peppercorn reduction of beet juice, beef stock, RIS, butter....

Kathleen is at a work thing in Chicago, and I made what I think is an omelette. Eggs, garlic, sweetcorn, celery, peppers, old cheddar and ground pepper.

I like the sauces from the line of products. But I don't think the sauces worked on Italian sausages.
