For those of you that didn't attend the beer dinner.... You missed out on a pretty sweet dinner and a smoking good deal at $30 per head! For those that did come out for it; great seeing you and thanks for the support!

We'll be doing one each month, the menu for the February dinner will be out in a few days.

Hope it was a good turn out

38 or 40 slots reserved, 13 no-shows. Because of this, we may start asking for credit card numbers to make reservations. Still a decent crowd of 25.

Yup indeed, some of them called a few hrs ahead to cancel but still, I think a CC would deter a lot of that.

Dry-hopped APA cask tomorrow (Firkin Wednesday) at 4 pm.

I've asked that they do a beer infused food special for firkin Wednesdays, something simple, tasty and cheap. Soooo.... it's Beer Mac'n Cheese @ $6 per plate or $10 with a 12oz cask ale. We may change this up from time to time to try different things but for now we'll be doing this weekly
