Liquid yeast

Post by Broob » Mon Jan 20, 2014 8:13 pm

So far all I've used is dry yeast. I want to try using liquid yeast and a yeast starter. I'm going to try it on a pale ale, moderately hopped with cascade. Any recommendations on a good yeast to use? Perhaps one that is forgiving.

Wyeast 1056 should do a great job.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
