Seems almost everybody uses beans.. I don't have any and it is already kegged. So looking to add some extract. How much? Start with 4 fl oz and go from there? It's a fairly robust porter (6.7% or something like that) and sat on 6 oz of cocoa nibs for 7-8 days as well.

4 oz sounds like a lot. And use good extract, not grocery store crap.

Yup, did a bit more reading and 4 oz is a lot. I'll go with 2 oz and Jamie has some good stuff from Mexico or something like that.
