Bitter Englishmen. Wasn't very impressed with EKG hops at first but I guess they are growing on me because I keep going back to that tap.

Tap 3: Roof Top Rye-It
Tap 4: Straberry Vanilla Wine Soda

Mystery beer. Clear, nice colour, a bit of plum and raisin on the nose, bottle conditioned... wish I knew what it was. I think it may be my failed attempt at an irish red (crushed roasted barley as if I was doing a stout). I really need to label these things when I bottle them!

Still sucking back some of my Smashbomb IPA clone and have now just opened up a bottle of Yippee IPA ( Yippee Yippee ) It seems like the liquor store here will be carrying it in the near future.. had a Bitter on Thursday night.. a righteous ale in itself.
Got to thank the store for starting to carry some of Atlantic Canada's finest brews.

That sucks man! I know the feeling, not good. More beer is in order :chug: get well.

I'm having an uncle leo's IPA, good stuff. Had a Hell Bay Dark Cream Ale, Propeller Nocturne and Pumpkin earlier, all decent beers.
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

No it's their imperial black saison. The second is an imperial cask stout they had on tap.
