Giday from Halifax

Hi brewnosers,

Used to brew beer when I had a big ole house out in the country. In the city now and just brewing kombucha. I hope to find some ginger beer plant locally to make some lovely ginger beer. Anyone know where I might find some?

I haven't heard of any over here, mainly in England...
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Didn't understand what a ginger beer plant was until I googled it. I don't know anything about them unfortunately.
