That would be a PITA to use for a chiller, and most anything else, unless you had the matching manifold to connect it.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

It looks like the core (tube nest) for a heat exchanger. If it is the tubes are U shaped and 16 ft in length. Bitch to work with.
