IIRC, Nash's taps at the H&T are N/CO2 mix.

The first sweet stout I've brewed. Turned out pretty well, but could probably do with a couple more ounces of chocolate malt next time around for a bit more roastiness.

All Amarillo IPA ~ 6.5%

Irish Red. Good red beer with a malt brown nutty taste.

Irish Red, consumed

BeeCave IPA

Cream of 3 Crops Cream Ale. Pretty cloudy, next time will crash cool.

Festa Brew West Coast IPA dry hopped 3oz cascade 1 oz amarillo

Jamie's Hopped Up Cascade Ale

Ahh. I was hoping someone else was interested in brewing in caves. Incidentally I googled BeeCave Brewery and came across the TMG Blog.

Ed's recipes are solid, and usually very economical! I've made several of his beers with slight modifications and they've always been very good.

Thanks, Moxie. It looks kind of like I did, doesn't it, but I just used the same great little workhorse pocket Canon I use for 95% of all my pics. I have a T1i, but don't use it for beer pics indoors as I find the colours wash out (weird).
