Will this do 10g batches? I've never done small batches before. Thanks in advance.

It would do probably 24 lb grain max, so you could maybe squeak out a 1.060 ten gallon batch
planning: beer for my cousin's wedding
Fermenting: black ipa
Conditioning:
Kegged: barrel barleywine from 2014 - i think i still have this somewhere

My 48 qt coleman is around 2/3 full when I do a 1.060 6 gallon batch, so you would be pushing it with 10 gallons

Fermenting: Oud bruin/Vienna Pekko SMaSH
On tap: Nelson dry hopped Berliner/ Scottish Heavy 70-/ NE IPA

My 72qt Coleman maxes out between 1.065 and 1.070 for 11 gallon batches.

I brew 12 gallons in a 48 quart cooler, but a usual batch for me is around 1.042 -1.048. Stronger batches get malt extract and/or sugar. Actually, weaker beers often get sugar too. I like sugar.
