gm- wrote:Unscented yes, the No Frills in Saint John NB, they had it for sale 2 weeks ago I think, or maybe it was 3 weeks ago. So I would think they would carry it in Halifax as well
I didn't even know Halifax had a No Frills - though now I see it's in the Spryfield Ghetto (next door, practically, to Chalmers), so I'm not surprised I didn't know.

But if it's at No Frills, I should check the Atlantic Wholesale - which is right next door to the Mumford Walmart.
Currently on tap: Nothing!
In keg: Still nothing.
In Primary: Doggone American Rye Pale Ale

The big tub of PBW we were able to get via NCM orders is a pretty nice value as well. It's a big 8lb tub for $30 if I recall correctly.
I'm pretty sure it's the same as oxyclean. Works identically at least :)

I did a cursory check, and it seems to be (another good reason to avoid a certain other forum which we do not name, where they insist they're completely different and PBW is caustic - which Five-Star insists it isn't).

I just bought a 700g/1.5lb container (pretty small) of Natureclean Oxy Stain Remover from Canadian Tire for $6.99. Unexpectedly, I received $2 in Canadian Tire points.
Bottled: ESB, Old Peculiar, Blonde Lager, Grolsch clone
On Tap: BCS Dry Stout, Festabrew Cervesa
Next: Grolsch clone 2.0, Irish ale
