That was one I made for my wife and she loved it as always.
Mine had a few more toppings on it, bacon and hot peppers. :drool:

I use a stone on the bottom rack of my electric oven. I set the oven at the highest temp and heat the stone for about an hour before
cooking the pie.
Since I have started using the parchment paper to put the pie on, my crust bottom has browned a lot better.
