Wings - rubbed, smoked and then bathed in butter and hot sauce, similar to Boneheads smoked wings.



Beef ribs, glazed and ready.



Sliced and ready to go. By far the best beef ribs I have made at home.

For the first time doing pulled pork, I was extremely happy with the results. The inlaws couldn't say enough about how good it was.





A sneak peak (couldn't help it) after about 5 hours in the smoker.




After 11 hours in the smoker they were done.







Served on a bun with slaw and home made sauce and home made fries.

Pulled pork is looking wicked good Shane! And all the ribs.... mmmmm sweet sweet ribs!


I did three more racks o pork ribs to take to a wake, 3 ways; Cajun, 1.100 SG wort marinated with garlic and pepper, and porter-marinaded Korean-style with soy, sesame, garlic and ginger. Here's one half of the Korean-style rack....

Jeff, your curry enticed me. I cooked up a small pot to take for lunch this week.

It's damn spicy too. I will regret eating this for lunch tomorrow

Made some home made loaded kettle chips and dip tonight for supper.

4 Russet potatoes through the mandolin slicer




All cooked




Added toppings were grated cheese, grilled chicken breast, home smoked bacon, and chives from the herb garden. Served with a home made onion dill dip.
