LF: Taps/shanks/Connectors & Temp Controller

Post by GillettBreweryCnslt » Mon Nov 05, 2012 9:50 am

Hey Everyone,

In an amazing turn of events we got a new freezer this weekend, leaving our 7 Cu. Ft. chest freezer available for a keezer conversion (it's amazing cause it wasn't on our radar at all, but things just fell into place)

So I'm 3 taps/shanks short of my soon to be 5-keg keezer. I'm also looking for a temp controller (if anyone got one from the ebay buy and doesn't need it). Of course I could also use 3 more gas/beer line sets (ball-lock) for the upgrade. Before I go buy new ones I thought I'd check around here. Let me know. Thanks

EDIT:
I've found the taps/shanks (Thanks Downs) and controller (Thanks Stusbrews). :spilly:

I'm still looking for 3 sets of ball lock connecters, gas line, beer line, SS gas line splitters and 2 x 1/4" locknuts (just throwing that out there!)

Thanks

Dave

I still have this 4 tap. It may fit on top of your freezer.

hmmm maybe there is some three way action we can get going on here
i am in the process of moving my keezer from collar into a bar
i could use the 4 tap tower that is for sure
with that being done i would then have 3 taps and shanks up to pass on
i also have a spare regulator in my "extras" pile

Downs, I'm in for this deal - are your taps perlicks or the standard stainless steel? And when you say regulator, do you mean temp controller?

Stu - Depending on Downs response, I'll be interest in the controller.

Mike

You can even get your growler back.

I also still have a bunch of Pepsi taps if anyone feels the need.

It was nice and clean tasting. Wife and her friend liked it as well. If I make one I think I would lower the hops and let the razz pop a bit.

I am not in a hurry to get the money if you need to wait for payday or something.

You can have the tower at you convience. I'd like to see it gone. I'll keep cleaning it up.

on this topic, I wanted to order 2 perlics and 2 elbow shanks to fit my towers, I hope to sometimes have cider on one tower - so stainless shanks would be preference over crome-plated brass. Anyone have any ideas?
