This is the smoked porter I brought to the October meeting at Chalmers place. It's from BCS.

I think some oak aging would be nice with this, though I think I will wait until I brew it a 2nd time.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

I've got some medium oak spirals, but I've been enjoying the beer enough on it's own that I'm afraid to add anything :lol:
