Wanted: Insulation for my boil pot
Hey,
Does anyone have any of the wrap/water heater insulation that I could have/buy? I'd like to wrap my boil pot to decrease boil time. I need just under 5 feet of it. Thanks
Dave

I think I do. Will you be at the meeting tomorrow evening?
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Yup, I'll be late and I'll be leaving early, but I'll be there. Thanks!

I usually get there around 7:30 or 8. I'll bring it with me.Fishdisease wrote:Yup, I'll be late and I'll be leaving early, but I'll be there. Thanks!

I got a call from Clean Nova Scotia today offering to wrap my water heater for free. I wonder if they'll do my boil pot too.

Put it next to your water heater and tell them you have two tanks.KMcK wrote:I got a call from Clean Nova Scotia today offering to wrap my water heater for free. I wonder if they'll do my boil pot too.
