Have you seen it recently? I was talking to Steve earlier today before posting this and he said they used to carry it but not any more. Maybe that's just at the Quinpool location?

Don't know what the price at NG is, but you can buy 'Pickle Crisp' at most grocery stores (SS, Sobeys for sure) and CT with the canning stuff. Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate.

Just checked my jar...pickle crisp is calcium chloride.

D'Oh! I knew that, I'm blaming dyslexia...

Grab a piece of chalk from the dollar store... (of course, if it were my beer, I'd just pick up some from NG).
