That's a crazy unit, never heard of them.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Me either. There was a similar sort of device I posted about a year or so ago. I wonder if the argument that it forces the smoke into the meat is true... Either way, I'm sticking to my egg for now - what's the fun of smoking if there's no fire?
