It was a good brew day! Never thought I'd see the inside of the Nash Tun. I thought Nash was going for a No.2 and I had time to pilfer his stash. I still got 2 floppys worth of hop BOMB recipes, and a bag of something that smells smokable!!!

Right arm. Sorry i didn't make it down. It looks like we will be able to make 80 bags in 12 hours with our malt gluttony, lol. We'll see what we can do about a third pallet for you if you are still interested.

alright, I'm going to set you up with your own sheet, not tonight though, tomorrow. I still have to clear this with Jmac and Dave too. Look through the NCM catalogue, and think about what you want.

Obviously you're pulling our legs: there isn't enough room on a 1.44MB floppy for the list of hops in a typical Nash recipe. :slap:

You're in town? What time will you be there? I think Nash is there early. I may try to get down myself early afternoon.

Edit: Going to try to make noonish for a few hours.

That's certainly what I thought. I made a pizza last night though, and discovered I had no green peppers. Pizza is not supposed to be without green peppers!

No, pizza is supposed to have a sensible amount of cheese. This had several times that. In fact, it was Thai pizza, which tends to be made with little or no cheese. Derek is certainly right about green peppers.

A pizza's weight should be 50% cheese minimum.

Agreed! :headbang:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.
