I asked them to contact me if they come down to earth and ask some reasonable prices. If I hear more, I'll post here. You could always try calling that number I quoted. Perhaps you could talk some sense into them? Or just wait 2 weeks, once they sell nothing I bet you could convince them to lower the price

I stopped by and looked at them. His wife let me in and I talked to him on her phone. The kegs are Hoff Stevens and in rough shape. All of them have significant dents. He wouldn't budge on the $120 per keg and even wants that for each of the 2 sankeys he has there too. I told her that I basically represented the Halifax home brewing community and thought that $35 was fair value.

He obviously has no idea what they are worth. I told him to look across Canada on Kijiji and see what kegs sell for. His wife said he fermented wine in them.
