All grain Beer brewing setup

Saw this ad on Kijiji. If someone wanted to jump in brewing with both feet this would probably do it.
This is not my ad just noticed it on Kijiji. Person is asking $2000.00 for the set up. Could make a nice Covid/Christmas present.

Description
All grain brewing setup designed to brew 10 gallons of beer a time (two full kegs). Everything to brew your first batch is included, you just need the grain, hops and some time. Haven't used for a bit more, so time to free up space.

Blichmann Engineering 14 Gallon Fermenator (lots of extra fittings)
66 litre Colman extreme cooler designed to extract the sugars from the grain with filter. Fitted valve where drain was.
2 - 18 gallon stainless steel pots (sparge water and concentrate) with temp gauges and stainless valves
Copper Sparge wand
Copper wort chiller with pump (buckets for water)
2 - glass carboys (used to make extra beer)
65000 BTU heavy-duty propane burner
Freezer converted to a temperature vessel for fermentation (energy efficient model) with temperature controller. Setup for the Blichmann Fermenator at specific temperatures to optimize your beer quality.
Large hop blocker basket
Everything is here to brew your own recipe of beer from scratch.

Build your own Kegerator (only need a fridge or freezer)
7 - 19 little ball lock legs (lots of fittings)
2 CO2 bottles (15 lb and 5lb) with gauges (5lb partially filled)
3 Intertap stainless beer taps (model SS-8022) One setup for Stout beer
Beer gas diverter and lines with connections

This is mostly 100% full kit; you will need some clear beer lines and a fridge to make a complete home Draught beer Kegerator.
