Anyone have experience with raspberry pi ?

I am running a program called craft beer pi on a hosehead brewery controller. I am trying to delete it completely from my raspberry pi in order to reinstall it to reconfigure some of the hardware. I've been following directions from a friend to remove the directory which seems to work but when I reboot the system the directory comes back however the program is uninstalled. When I reinstall the program (from GitHub) all my old hardware configurations come back.

Anyone know how to completely remove everything?

Think problem might be solved. Looks like a corrupt sdcard.
