Rumtopf - Introduction
Hi,this is Michael Wolter, posting under Rumtopf which is the name of our farm in Conquerall Mills, LC, We farm here organically since 1987 and brew beer since 1978.,while planting trees out of Prince George. The water came from the brook next to the camp and many thirsty planters ensured the brews were always fresh, used two cans of concentrate to avoid sugar. Then advanced to these full kits in cardboard boxes. Last year Ken Wilson helped set up a brew room dedicated to milling, sparging, boiling, chilling, fermenting and kegging. Lager is my son's favorite while I stick to heavily dry hopped ales. Cheers, Michael

Very interesting indeed.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
