I saw you there and meant to come over for a chat, went into the brewhouse for a minute, came out and there you was gone! Hope to catch you next time

Yeah, we had a quick pre-dinner beer - or two

and had to head out for Xmas eve dinner. I figured you were busy back there...
I'll be back. I'm sure you'll always have something hoppy on...

I'll be doing a firkin of Zythos dry-hopped IPA around the end of the week, either Friday or Sat

Anyone know why the RB kitchen isn't open until 4:00 today?
Is this normal for a Saturday?

I hope you got to try some, there was likely about 5 L or so left in it around 9:30 or 10 when I was leaving. it was deliciously dangerous!

Glad to hear and great to see you again

We didn't kill it but came pretty darn close, likely 2 - 4 L of beer left in it this morning. I flushed and rinsed, cleaned and sanitized and refilled for next weekend - IPA again, this time dry-hopped with Columbus. I'm gonna do one with oak soon

A couple updates....
- I'll be tapping the latest batch of Fathom IPA on Friday.
- Another firkin of Fathom IPA on Saturday @ 4:00pm this time dry-hopped with Columbus.
- February 14th I'll be tapping a keg of Wreckoning RIS aged on raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries.

Geez I forgot about poor liitle Jacktar....
Jacktar Nitro on tap now! It's still the same inaugural batch but now on nitrogen, you'd think it's a totally different beer. I haven't had time to get intimate with it yet but from the test taste I'd say it's a winner.

WTF? I was there with a group late (past midnight). We each had 2-3 pints of it (details are foggy), but after the 2nd or 3rd round, the waitress told us we killed it, so we all moved on to other beers. I would have loved to get another round of it into me (I think). It's a shame that some of it got flushed when we were perfectly willing to drink it.

Apparently it slowed to a trickle as the spigot got plugged up with hops!

Sounds like my plans to eat supper there make even more sense.
Anyone else going to TRB later today?
I have a wine thing later in the evening.
