Yes, it is. Also known as Brewer's Clarax (Clarity Ferm is White Labs' name for the enzyme).

Currently just the IPA. Not sure if that's going to change in the future or not.

Well I will just have to buy a lot of the IPA to encourage them to put clarity ferm in all their beers.

A data point for y'all. After 3 days in a squeaker that was opened on day one the IPA is still good. I consider this a good sign.

Picked up a growler of the IPA and DIPA today after killing the APA quickly on Thursday night. Just cracked the IPA, nice orange hazy colour, dank bitterness throughout and a huge hop wave to finish this lil' stunner....another home run for Unfiltered.

Cracked open my squealer of the DIPA and it's fantastic. I much prefer it over the IPA.

Got the IPA tonight. Dank like everyone else said. Bitter and dry. Really pretty in the glass. Overall a nice pleasant beer. I hope the other beers get the gluten free treatment so I can give them a try.

So I reviewed the APA and IPA on this forum and am drinking the DIPA today. I think it is time to stop the nonsense, there is no need to discuss color, aroma, hop notes and finishing bullshit. Outside of Bad Apple's big boy beers, this DIPA is easily the most compete, balanced and kick ass beer Halifax has experienced in a while now. Based on the first 3 beers, Unfiltered is positioned to chew up the local craft beer market as the quality and complexity can't be matched despite being a few $ more. I don't see myself buying anything else until the other breweries give me a reason to change my opinion.

Thanks boys! Glad most of you are enjoying the goods!!!

@ celiacbrew I have no intention to use the enzyme on my other brews. Then again I hadn't planned to use it on any brews but then changed my mind a few months ago so we'll see.

First seasonal is in the tanks and tasting great so expect an update on that next week...

I'm beginning to learn a few flavour cues about the Clarity Ferm. Well mouthfeel and flavour. It would be fascinating to taste a version with and without. I suspect it would not be hard to identify which had it applied. Which would then give some direction in how to mitigate for it.

I had a grunter of the DIPA with dinner and it was delicious! Great hop aroma and flavor, bitterness and alcohol really well balanced, awesome stuff.

Is there anyone heading to the split on the 15th that might happen to be at Unfiltered the day before? Would love to get my hands on the DIPA to sample, if the supply holds up long enough!

And it's live at @TomsHavana (couldn't let IPA Day go by without an IPA and I figured if the Unfiltered wasn't up the Bad Apple would be)

Got to get them some Unfiltered glassware though. I'm not even going to say what logo was on this glass.
