So far no head at all, It went from very flat to a "Sparkling wine" type feel in the mouth..

When I rock the keg I can hear whistling from the C02.. Is this the gas going into the Keg? if it is normal I will continue to do so.

Your regulator maybe off, or you may have a gas leak. Try it again.

Set and forget produces a very consistent carb for me...10 to 14 days normally. That and sugar carbing my kegs.

Thanks for the advice everyone.. after a few shakes and burps (haha) It seems to be working fine.
My fridge is around 1-2 degrees according to my thermometer ..

We may have success!!
