I was recommended to this site by my friend. I make and drink mead. I also raise free range pork. Glad to be here!

Welcome, definately a lack of Mead knowledge around these parts compared to beer. I'd love to hear more as it would be nice to try something different.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Welcome. I make some mead as well. Do you make brochet (cooked honey mead)? I've been keen to give that a try.
