Hi Guys,
I'd just like to say hello.
I've always been intimidated about trying to brewing myself, but have finally taken the plunge !!
So yes I"m still getting my feet wet with some basic equip, but after 1 successful extract batch, I'm hooked!! partial mash next!!
I've learned so much here already on the forums, planning my next batch (Irish Red: amber DME, Carared malt and chocolate malt, Styrian Gold Hops and Safale S-04)!!
