Just got in a big hop order to restock a bunch that I was low on and as always couldn't help but adding a few new hops to the lineup:
Lotus - 15.4% AA - offers exceptional aromatic characteristics, boasting waves of orange and vanilla followed by notes of candied grape and tropical fruit aromas.
Zappa - 5.6% AA - Named after Frank Zappa, this hop has been described as being spicy with strong notes of tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit), citrus, and pine. Additional descriptors include savory, mint, and Fruity Pebbles™.
NZ Pacific Gem - 13.4% AA - Mainly used for its aroma and flavor, it can bring impressions of wild forest fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant), black pepper, and a warm, oak wood-like background note. Late additions can exhibit a bit of pine and citrus.
NZ Waimea - 14.9% AA - Noted as having assertive citrus fruit (think tangerine/orange) and pine needle notes
Sultana (formerly known as Denali) - 13.8% AA - Notable for its pineapple, pine and bright citrus notes
Hoppy brewing!
