At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

"Not with a bang but a whimper."
These things generally go out the way cblocals has - people have just lost interest. If it's just Jimmy who loses interest, then we hope that we haven't pissed him off so badly he destroys all the posts & configs before he quits

The homebrew force is strong in Sprytownderek wrote:You must live in Spryfield...GAM wrote:Jim will be hunted down and dealt with.

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

I'm new to all of this but I just want to say thank you to Jimmy and everyone else who works to keep this all going. I'm sure it's a lot more work than anyone realizes.

Depends what the forums are used for. Facebook isn't much of a substitute for a forum like this or technical forums.
