Basic Mustard

Post by GuingesRock » Mon May 12, 2014 7:28 pm

Get some plane old yellow mustard powder, stir a bit of water in it with a spoon to make a thin paste. That’s it! Maybe make a fresh bit every few days in an egg cup.

Last week I remembered this was how we had mustard when I was a kid. I started making it, and now I’ve got hooked on it. It’s a bit like wasabi. Perfect with bacon, sausages, roast beef etc.
