Hop Salt

Post by NASH » Fri Jan 03, 2014 2:16 pm

1 oz of your favourite whole-cone hop, powderized
8 oz Kosher salt

Combine in small processor, pulse until well integrated.

Ready to use immediately. Store in sealed jar up to 8-10 weeks, refrigeration will keep the hops fresher.

Anything at all! More noticeable on lighter flavoured foods, of course: whitefish, potatoes/fries etc.
