Re: IPA Pickles
I made up a batch of Spicy Dill Beer Pickles tonight using this recipe, thanks to Nash. I used cucumbers, baby carrots, green beans, fresh hot peppers, dried chili peppers, fresh dill, peppercorns, fresh garlic, mustard seeds and pickling salt. I did not have any IPA available that I was comfortable using for pickles, so I used my Saison home brew on tap, which is a little sour but has some citrus notes.

Re: IPA Pickles
I seem to remember a recipe for just hop pickles.. meaning on vinegar, hops, and cucumbers (and whatever else was in the recipe).. vs using beer. Did I make this up?
I'm thinking I'd like to try some fermented (natural bacteria) pickles and a 'hoppy' version would be great.
